Refund policy

All items displayed on our shop page have their dimensions and specifications listed in the description box. Before making a purchase please make sure to obtain your correct size as it will be costly to return an item and we will charge 10% of the item's total price or more depending on the item condition when returned to us.

Your correct size can be easily determined with tape measure or wrist sizer that are affordable to buy from Ebay or Amazon. Alternatively, we are happy to assist or you may go to your local jeweller for further guidance.

For pendant sizes, or chain thickness, you can use a ruler or tape measure so you have a more accurate picture of this before placing an order.

Larger sizes are available for back order.

Our items are not gold plated, but SOLID 18Karat gold. This type has 75% gold purity mixed with other metal and is very easy to care. The colour and shape lasts for years and in many cases for decades when looked after well, even if wearing every day. That being said, it is popular gift to a special someone.
To maintain 18Karat is very easy, and you can use soft cloth damped with water or mixed with soap and wipe gently. You can use a cotton buds for the crevasses that are difficult to clean.

Do not wear dainty, hollow or delicate jewelleries when playing sports or recreational activities e.g. swimming etc. Our shop do not offer replacement or repair services.

Our items are thoroughly checked before being shipped out to our clients and guarantee that a client will find a brand new in perfect condition item when they open their box.

We understand that in some cases a client may want to return an item, but we would only accept a return following the below conditions:

1. The client received an incorrect item due to our error e.g. different colour to what is ordered.
2. The client returns the item in perfect condition. If the item is broken whilst in the care of the client, they will be charged 40% to 50% for the restoration depending on the damage.
3. The client will pay for the return shipping of the item.

Returns are allowed within 14 days from the delivery completion to the client.

NON-NEGOTIABLE, NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

This policy covers items that are custom-made and back ordered items. We accept back order but with 50% downpayment, and deposit is non-returnable for cancelled orders.
