All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase via Royal Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details.

• UK orders: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.

• International orders: Estimated delivery within 5–12 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Sizing Guide

All items listed in our shop include detailed dimensions and specifications in the product description. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order, as returns due to incorrect sizing can be costly.

Returns due to incorrect sizing are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the item's purchase price, or more depending on the condition of the returned item.

You can determine your correct size using a tape measure or a ring or wrist sizer, which are readily available from eBay, Amazon, and most jewellery suppliers. If you need assistance, we're happy to help, or you may visit your local jeweller for professional sizing.

For pendants and chain thickness, we recommend using a ruler or tape measure to better visualise the dimensions before purchasing.

Larger sizes are available by back order.

Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is crafted from solid 18-karat gold, not gold-plated. Solid 18K gold contains 75% pure gold, alloyed with other metals to enhance strength and durability.

With proper care, your jewellery will retain its beauty, colour, and finish for many years—even with everyday wear—making it a lasting investment or a meaningful gift.

To clean your jewellery:

• Gently wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with clean water or mild soapy water.

• Use a cotton bud to clean intricate areas and crevices.

• Dry thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth.

To help preserve your jewellery, avoid wearing delicate, hollow, or lightweight pieces while playing sports, swimming, exercising, or participating in other strenuous activities.

Please note that we do not provide repair or replacement services for items damaged through misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

Return & Refund Policy

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it arrives brand new and in perfect condition.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. You received an incorrect item due to our error (for example, the wrong colour, design, or size was sent).

2. The item is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an item is returned damaged while in the customer's possession, a restoration fee of 40%–50% of the item's value may be deducted from any eligible refund, depending on the extent of the damage.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom-made or personalised jewellery.

• Back-order items.

Back-order purchases require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If the order is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
